How This Site Makes Money
The Gluten Freak is reader-supported in two ways:
- Affiliate links. Some links to products are affiliate links (including Amazon Associates). If you buy through one, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Posts containing affiliate links say so at the top.
- Advertising. The site displays ads served by third-party ad networks.
My commitment to integrity: commissions and advertisers never influence a score or a verdict. Products are bought with my own money unless a post clearly says otherwise, and a product I don't like gets said so, that's the entire point of this site.
Health Disclaimer
I am a person living with celiac disease, not a medical professional. Everything on The Gluten Freak is my personal experience and opinion, provided for general information and entertainment. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or dietitian.
Product ingredients, recipes, and manufacturing processes change without notice. A product described as gluten-free here was assessed from its label and/or certification at the time of writing. Always read the current label yourself before eating anything, your health outranks my blog.
If you think you may have celiac disease, talk to a doctor. Diagnosis requires testing, and testing requires that you still be eating gluten, so please don't self-diagnose and go gluten-free first.
Accuracy
I work hard to get label details right, because getting them wrong has consequences I understand personally. If you spot an error, I want to know, corrections are made promptly and noted on the post.
